LEADERSHIP

   Leadership are born or made? From my opinion, leadership are born and also made. I can say that because leadership can be born since they were still child while they are made is they are learning and keep practicing themselves to strengthen more their leadership skills. Born leadership person have their own leader’s skills in them, naturally. 
   
   Rather than made leadership is they make themselves much better than they were before. To be more responsible, work-hard and other skills of being a leader. Some of leaders such as Erich Ludendroff said that leaders are born and not made while others said leaders are born then they are made. My opinion is same as leaders are born then they are made. 

Who is my leader? 
    
   Who is my leader? My leader is the one who I admire of is Frederick Leo Turner known as Fred Turner. An American restaurant industry executive, chair and CEO of the McDonald’s. He grew up in De Moines and Chicago. He had married a fellow Drake University in 1954, 22 June named Patricia and had only three daughters. Unluckily, Patricia died on 9 Oct 2000. He is a family tree man. Even though his childrens had a kind of a disease, he still can manage his responsibilities on his career while taking care of his childrens also. 
   
    Fred Leo Turner is famous at the way he handled the McDonald and hamburgers. He was senior chairman until his retirement in 2004, when McDonald’s had had about 31,500 stores in more than 100 countries and revenue of $19.1 billion. 

Leadership Styles

   In my opinion, his leadership style on his career as a CEO of the McDonald is autocratic style. He manage his workers independently. He makes a decision alone. He instruct all staff to follow his guidelines for dealing with customers. Even the this leadership style is strict controls within the business, he makes the employees what to do and supervises their work. Inappropriate in daily routines make the employees to use their skills to reach their higher levels of customer services. What am I admire his for? I admire him for being a CEO after get through all the hard situation that he had faced before. And he never abandoned his responsibility on his family even his career is much important to him. He is hard worker and intelligent.

   Frederick Leo Turner I would criticise about McDonald is the world largest chain of hamburger in the worldwide. For me, also. I am one of the fan like to eat their company’s product.it is my favourite.
   
   So I hope McDonald will keep being popular among of all and maintain their ratings to not let Frederick Leo Turner disappointed of his sacrifices.
